T-Mat Global Technologies Private Limited is a legally incorporated private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India. All operations are conducted under full legal compliance with applicable Indian and international regulations.
T-Mat Global is led by a founder-driven leadership team with direct accountability for every client engagement, delivery decision, and organizational commitment we make.
FOUNDER & CEO
B.Tech in Computer Engineering with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SaaS Architecture, and AI Infrastructure. Responsible for all strategic, technical, and operational decisions at T-Mat Global.
6 SPECIALIZED ENGINEERS
T-Mat Global's core team consists of full-stack engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, QA engineers, and AI automation engineers — all operating under defined accountability frameworks.
As a DPIIT recognized private limited company, T-Mat Global operates under the governance framework mandated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. Annual filings, financial disclosures, and director accountability are maintained in full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
T-Mat Global functions as a remote-first, globally distributed technology company headquartered in India, with delivery operations aligned to US, UAE, and UK business hours.
All engineering, consulting, and support operations are delivered remotely from India. We operate across US Eastern, US Pacific, UAE Gulf Standard, and UK Greenwich time zones with real-time collaboration tools and structured communication protocols.
All project engagements follow a 2-week agile sprint model with daily standups, structured sprint reviews, retrospectives, and documented delivery milestones. Every sprint output is tracked, reported, and signed off by the client.
All development environments, deployment pipelines, and client systems are built on modern cloud infrastructure — AWS, Azure, and GCP — with CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code as standard practice.
Where applicable, T-Mat Global deploys intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery speed, reduce error rates, and enhance output quality — with full transparency to clients on where AI tooling is applied.
Every client engagement is governed by a formally documented Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering response times, escalation paths, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks — with defined remediation processes for any SLA breach.
T-Mat Global applies consistent engineering and quality standards across every market we serve — US, UAE, UK, and India — ensuring that clients in any geography receive equivalent levels of delivery rigor, accountability, and support.
T-Mat Global is committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance — ensuring accountability, transparency, and integrity at every level of the organization.
Annual filings, director KYC, and financial disclosures are submitted on time to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. All corporate records are maintained and available for statutory inspection.
T-Mat Global maintains structured financial records, GST filings, and statutory accounts audited in accordance with Indian accounting standards. Financial integrity is treated as a non-negotiable operational standard.
As a DPIIT Recognized Startup (CERT NO: DIPP248437), T-Mat Global maintains ongoing compliance with the criteria and reporting requirements set by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India.
All directors, leadership team members, and senior employees are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest. Disclosed conflicts are documented, managed, and mitigated in accordance with the company's internal governance policy.
T-Mat Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption, and facilitation payments in any form. All employees and contractors are bound by this standard as a condition of engagement.
Any employee, contractor, or client who identifies a compliance concern, governance breach, or ethical violation may report it directly to the Founder & CEO. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
T-Mat Global treats client data, user data, and employee data as a fiduciary responsibility — not merely a compliance obligation.
T-Mat Global collects only the data necessary to deliver contracted services — including contact information, project requirements, system access credentials (where required for delivery), and communication records. We do not collect or retain data beyond the scope of the engagement.
Client data is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering agreed services, communicating about the engagement, and fulfilling statutory obligations. Data is never sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used for marketing without explicit consent.
Project data, communication records, and delivery documentation are retained for a period of 3 years post-engagement closure, unless a different retention period is agreed in writing. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
All client engagements begin with a formally executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). T-Mat Global treats all client information — including business requirements, technical architecture, commercial terms, and product data — as strictly confidential throughout and after the engagement.
Client data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to client systems and data is granted on a need-to-know basis, logged, and reviewed regularly. All team members with data access are bound by signed confidentiality obligations.
Where client data originates in the US, UAE, or UK and is processed in India, T-Mat Global ensures appropriate contractual safeguards are in place — including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements — to govern cross-border data flows in compliance with applicable law.
Security is not an afterthought at T-Mat Global — it is embedded into every layer of our engineering, tooling, and operational practices.
All code produced by T-Mat Global undergoes mandatory peer review, static analysis, and security scanning prior to deployment. We integrate security checks into CI/CD pipelines using tools including SonarQube and Trivy.
All internal systems, client systems, and development environments are governed by role-based access control (RBAC). Access is granted on a minimum-privilege basis, reviewed quarterly, and revoked immediately upon offboarding.
T-Mat Global conducts regular vulnerability assessments on all systems used in client delivery. Critical and high-severity vulnerabilities are remediated within defined SLA windows. All third-party dependencies are monitored for known CVEs.
T-Mat Global maintains a documented incident response procedure. In the event of a security incident affecting client systems or data, the client is notified within 24 hours of confirmed identification, with a root cause analysis provided within 72 hours.
All client project data and critical operational data is backed up on a daily schedule with off-site redundancy. Recovery point objectives (RPO) and recovery time objectives (RTO) are defined per engagement and documented in the SLA.
All T-Mat Global team members complete security awareness training at onboarding and on an annual basis. Training covers phishing, social engineering, secure coding practices, data handling obligations, and incident reporting procedures.
Every T-Mat Global client engagement is governed by a formal contractual and operational framework designed to protect both parties and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
Every engagement begins with a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, commercial terms, escalation procedures, and termination clauses.
An NDA is executed prior to the commencement of any substantive discussion about client business, technology, or data. Both parties are bound by mutual confidentiality obligations for the duration of and following the engagement.
All commercial terms are stated clearly in writing prior to engagement commencement. T-Mat Global does not apply undisclosed fees, scope creep charges, or retroactive billing. Any change to commercial terms requires written mutual agreement.
Clients receive regular delivery reports — sprint summaries, milestone updates, and issue logs — at agreed intervals. All reports are factual, unembellished, and include both progress and any identified risks or blockers.
Every client has a named escalation path to the Founder & CEO for any delivery, quality, or commercial concern. Escalations are acknowledged within 4 business hours and resolved or formally addressed within 48 hours.
All work product produced for a client under a signed engagement agreement is assigned to the client upon full payment of agreed fees, unless otherwise specified in the contract. T-Mat Global retains no ownership of client-funded IP.
T-Mat Global is committed to building a high-performance, ethically managed workforce — with equal standards applied to full-time employees and contracted resources.
T-Mat Global does not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. All hiring, promotion, and compensation decisions are based solely on merit, qualifications, and performance.
All employees and contractors are compensated at or above market rates for their role and level of experience. Compensation structures are reviewed annually. T-Mat Global complies fully with applicable minimum wage, PF, ESI, and statutory bonus regulations.
All contractors placed under T-Mat Global's 3rd party payroll services are engaged under formally documented contractor agreements. Payroll is processed in compliance with Indian labour law, including TDS deduction, PF contributions, and ESI where applicable.
T-Mat Global does not mandate excessive working hours. Team members are expected to work within reasonable boundaries, and management actively monitors for signs of unsustainable workload. Mental health and work-life balance are treated as organizational priorities.
Performance reviews are conducted formally on a semi-annual basis with documented feedback, clear objectives, and development plans. No employee is terminated without a documented performance improvement process, unless in cases of gross misconduct.
T-Mat Global maintains an absolute prohibition on child labour, forced labour, or any form of exploitative employment practice. This standard applies to direct employees, contractors, and any third-party labour supply engaged in the delivery of our services.
Every person at T-Mat Global — from the Founder to the most recently onboarded contractor — is bound by the same ethical code. These are not aspirational values. They are operational requirements.
We tell clients the truth — about project status, risks, and limitations — even when it is uncomfortable. We never overstate capabilities, understate timelines, or conceal delivery issues.
When things go wrong — and they sometimes do — T-Mat Global takes ownership, communicates proactively, and resolves the issue. We do not shift blame, make excuses, or minimize the impact on clients.
Commercial considerations — including cost pressures, tight timelines, or client requests — never justify the release of low-quality or insecure code. Quality standards are fixed, not negotiable.
All interactions — internal and external — are conducted with professional respect. Harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful conduct of any kind is grounds for immediate termination of employment or contractor engagement.
We communicate clearly, in writing, and on time. Meeting commitments, delivering updates without being chased, and keeping clients informed of relevant developments are baseline expectations — not exceptional behavior.
Every T-Mat Global team member is expected to continuously improve their skills, practices, and processes. Stagnation is treated as a risk — to the individual, to the team, and to the quality of outcomes we deliver.
T-Mat Global maintains active compliance with all applicable regulations across the jurisdictions in which we operate and serve clients.
Companies Act 2013 — MCA filings, director obligations, and annual returns. GST Act — monthly GST returns, reconciliation, and audit compliance. Income Tax Act — TDS deductions, advance tax payments, and annual filing. For UAE clients, we adhere to applicable UAE data protection and commercial regulations. For UK clients, we maintain awareness of UK GDPR obligations and apply equivalent data protection standards.
